Are the tour packages organized as group tour or is it individually customized?Tour packages are customized as per the traveller’s requirement. Be it individual, family or group, we shall arrange the same with utmost care. We will give our customer options, give detail information and lets them choice the suitable for them.
Does any one take care of our travelling while I’m travelling in Vietnam when I book the whole package?Yes, we have the tour operator to take care of your trip when you travel whole Vietnam.
How do I make a reservation? How to make payments for my trip?To reserve a package, kindly fill up the requisite form and get the itinerary & quotation. Once the itinerary & quote is finalized, we shall provide the bank details to which an advance amount equivalent to 50% of the total package cost should be remitted. Upon receipt of the same, we shall mail you the confirmation. Balance could be paid before commencement of the tour vide bank remittance or should be paid & settled upon arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?Forfeit 50% of total tour package for cancellation before 7 days up to 3 days get start tour. Cancellation within 3 days is considered as NO SHOW and the total tour package cost would be forfeited.
Do I need a Visa and Travel insurance to travel?Yes, a valid Passport with Visit visa is required for all International travels. If you are visiting VietNam, kindly visit the official website of VietNam Government or contact VietNam Mission in your country to know about the process of getting visa. Otherwise, you can contact us and we can make the letter invitation for you to come to Vietnam for travelling.
I require special accommodations because of dietary, mobility or other restrictions. Can you accommodate my needs?Pioneer Travel will do everything possible to accommodate your requests and needs. Please indicate on you reservation form your specific requests. The sooner that we know that you have a special request, the better we can prepare and accommodate. If you have any mobility challenges, we suggest you bring a travel-mate that can best assist you in the way that you need.
Is tipping included in the tour cost? If not how much should it be for the trip?Tipping is not included in any of our packages and it is left the discretion of the travellers. Though not compulsory, tipping is expected by one and all involved in the service industry. We would recommend carrying small change in your pocket.
What about the local language? Do we need guide services everywhere?For group tours, English speaking tour guide would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledge in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking private tours.
What are the types of vehicles used for transfers & sightseeing?We will offer the car, van, or bus with new and high quality, and of course air-conditioned is equipped
I’m a single traveler. Is it possible to have a roommate?Being a single traveler should not keep you from going on an adventure! We do not automatically pair up single travelers as roommates, but if you register for a tour as a single and want a roommate, let us know. We will make note of your request and if someone else inquires about wanting a roommate on the same tour, with your permission, we will give each of you the other person’s contact information. If you two decide that you would like to be roommates, just let us know and we will pair you in a room and adjust your account accordingly.
What is the usual duration of a sightseeing trip?Usually, sightseeing trips are designed to give enough time for the travellers to relax and enjoy the views. Hence, the sightseeing trips might be spilt into 3-4hrs in the morning session and 2-3hrs in the afternoon session. But the duration could vary due to traffic and overcrowding of the locations.
