ANDS-ON COOKING CLASS & ENJOY MEAL (HCM CITY)

Attending a cooking class, you will learn how to cook some of the most popular Vietnamese dishes. The chef will tell you some common cooking ingredients in Vietnam (such as: fish sauce…) how to choose the best ones and how to prepare for your favorite Vietnamese dishes. You can then try to cook some of them with guiding by the chef. After, you can enjoy meal with dishes cooked by yourself and your classmates. Have fun!

Note: A reference handbook will be provided to help you remember all recipes and methods
