Graceful, historic Hoi An is Vietnam’s most atmospheric and delightful town. Once a major port, it boasts the grand architecture and beguiling riverside setting that befits its heritage, and the 21st-century curses of traffic and pollution are almost entirely absent.
Ride a bike to the Tra Que vegetable village to find the freshest ingredients, before cycling past rice paddies to attend a cooking class. You will also of course feast on the authentic Vietnamese dishes you prepared yourself.

ITINERARY:
After being collected from your Hoi An accommodation at either 8:00AM or 1:00PM, you will travel to the Tra Que Vegetable Village where you can see where and how locals farmers grow vegetables. You will also get the chance to see clearly how some ingredients of the cooking courses are grown there.
As your journey progresses, you will have the opportunity to cycle through the peaceful countryside past green fields to the cooking school where the chef and the cooking course are both waiting for you.
Upon arrival, enjoy a break with a Vietnamese coffee to cool down and relax, and afterwards, it's time to get cooking. You'll prepare and cook a variety of local dishes following the given menu, and your chef and tour guide will instruct and assist you to cook during the class. Following your culinary class, it is of course time to sit back and savor the delicious dishes together. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be returned to your accommodation at either 12:30PM or 5:30PM, depending on your tour start time.
