- Take the overnight train to Lao Cai in shared sleeping compartments.

- Transfer to Sapa by a shared bus.

NOTE: The traveling time is around 1 hour. You can request an early check-in with a little bit of surcharge.

- Around 9:30: Start the trekking tour.

- Meet the tour guide at the hotel and start the trek to Y Dinh Ho village, the village by the Muong Hoa river.

- From there, trek to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai.
- Continue to Ta Van village, which is home to Zay people.

- Our car will bring you back to Sapa afterwards.

- Free at leisure the rest of the day, and spend an overnight at Sapa Hotel.

- Trek 3 km South-west of Sapa to Cat Cat village of the Black Hmong.

- Walking around the village, see the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during colonial time in Vietnam.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch by the side of the river

- Continue to join 3 km trekking to Sin Chai Village which is located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain.

- On the trek, you will have the chance to enjoy the stunning landscape of the mountain.

- Then come back to the main road, where you get on the jeep to travel 3 km back to Sapa town.

- Free time at the hotel until the limousine comes to pick up you for the transfer back to Hanoi

- On arrival in the boat, you will be welcomed by the crew staff, then check-in the cruise.

- Enjoy the tasty lunch with seafood served on board while the boat is cruising along the bay.
- Participate in some activities on the boat to admire the beauty of the bay.

- Visit a cave, do kayaking, or enjoy swimming in the sea.

- Ride to Tra Que Village, around the vegetable garden.

- Have a break, then prepare lunch with your host family.

- Ride the bike to the home of a craftsman, who will show you a brief introduction about the history, shape, and color of the lantern as well as steps of making them.

- Make your own lantern and keep it as a souvenir.

- Then head to Imperial Citadel, spend a few hours there to visit the front gate, the Flag Tower, The King’s Palace, and the Museums of Royal Antiquities.

- Last, stop at Dong Ba Market, the largest traditional trading market in Hue City.
